Giorgio Rigone, graduated (MSc) in Civil Engineering at the University of Pavia in 1992.

Chartered Engineer, he has been member of the Order of Engineers of Pavia since 1994 at the position n.ro 1609.

Partner of the Studio di Ingegneria Rigone, consultant in the technology of restauration of historical and heritage buildings and environmental sites, with particular regards to exsisting structures reinforcement and fire safety rules compliance.

He participates and has participated, as partner of Studio Rigone in several projects regarding the building envelope.

Since 1999 untill 2011, as Technical Manager of FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano, he has supervised all the activities regarding restoration and development of more than 20 historical and heritage buildings and sites of enviromental interest through all Italy.

Since 1996 untill 1998, as Project Manager of Meriatlia Spa (based in Mariano Comense, Italy), he has participated in “Aobadai House” project, designed by Architect Tobia Scarpa, for the construction of Brunei Ambassy in Tokyo.

Qualified professional as expert for fire prevention safety, member of “Albo ex Legge 818/84”.

Author of technical publications on historical buildings restoration, recovery and renovation. Attending several meeting and convention as speaker on these themes.
