Design Intent
ABeC’s facade consulting team is able to design innovative façade systems with high performance and has always had a particular attention to the technical specification of materials most suitable for each specific context. The drawings are prepared in the form of conceptual design (sketches by hand or CAD) and are issued during the bidding phase. Together with conceptual drawings the Materials Schedule is an integral part of the tender documents. This is a very simple and detailed list of what contractors are offering in terms of their tender. Useful for technical analysis and preliminary calculations, the performance specifications are specially issued according to the demands basic design, life cycle and cost of the proposed façade system and are consistent with the requirements of our customers.
