Step 1:

Step 2:
Quality Control during Production and Installation (Expediting)
Focus: Ensure that what was designed is correctly manufactured and installed on schedule.
What we do:
- Factory Quality Checks: Targeted inspections at suppliers to verify material compliance and adherence to your execution standards.
- Expediting: Active monitoring of production and delivery deadlines to prevent delays that could impact the General Contractor’s schedule.
Outcome for you: Certified materials and on-time delivery of the building envelope’s critical components.
Step 3:
Specialist Support, Expert Reports, and Final Certification (Testing & Handover)
Focus: Assist the Project Management team to ensure flawless installation and defect-free project closure.
What we do:
Support to Project Management: Provide specialist guidance on complex glass-metal facade aspects, ensuring proper installation methods.
Testing and Commissioning: Conduct final on-site inspections and, if needed, provide extrajudicial technical consultancy, either preventive or conclusive.
Extrajudicial Technical Consultancy:
- Support for requests for preventive technical assessment (preliminary technical advice).
- Act as Party-Appointed Technical Expert in preventive technical assessments following a court-appointed technical evaluation.
- Support investigations conducted by legal defense in criminal proceedings.
Within civil, criminal, and administrative judicial proceedings:
Support for complaints/claims, or for participation in hearings, supplemental briefs, and final submissions.
