Sant’Elpidio a Mare (FM) – Architect: Barbara Pistilli

Located in the industrial area of Sant’Elpidio a Mare, near Fermo, the Tod’s facility covers approximately 65,000 m², facing a provincial road and set within the rolling hills of the Marche region. The building is distinguished by its clean, linear design. The expansion, designed by Barbara Pistilli to accommodate offices and production areas, involved the construction of a new, independent prefabricated volume with an orthogonal plan.
