UNIPOL TOWER

The Unipol Tower, 125 metres high and comprising 23 storeys, is located in the Porta Nuova district. Designed by Mario Cucinella Architects, it is a sustainable building featuring a bioclimatic envelope, photovoltaic panels, and rainwater harvesting systems. It houses the headquarters of the Unipol Group and a panoramic garden greenhouse on the top floor.
